Ala Stolpnik

Ala Stolpnik is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Founder at Wisary since January 2023, Ala focuses on AI-driven solutions. Previously, as Engineering Manager at Roblox from March 2021 to October 2022, Ala led a team of engineers to enhance content creation for diverse audiences. At Benchling from June 2016 to March 2021, Ala held various leadership roles, driving engineering productivity and collaborating closely with product and design teams. Ala's earlier experience includes significant positions at Google and various software companies, with a strong foundation in full stack development and engineering management. Ala holds a BA and MSc in Computer Science from Technion and Tel Aviv University, respectively.
