Alex Warner has extensive experience in customer service and transportation coordination, currently serving as Transportation Coordinator at Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry since October 2022. Prior roles at Schneider included Support Specialist, Carrier Sales Executive, and Carrier Sales Support Representative, where responsibilities involved assisting a senior broker and fostering carrier relationships through technology and communication. Alex also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Schneider, focusing on providing top-notch service aligned with company values, and served as a Supervisor at The Pancake Place, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
