Ishita Nagpal

Ishita Nagpal is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in business and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Career Peer Advisor at the Wisconsin School of Business since September 2023, Ishita also founded the UW-Madison Chapter of End Overdose in October 2022 and holds a position as a selected member and Vice President of Communications in the Wisconsin Consulting Club. Previous experiences include a General Business Internship in Operations Strategy at Discover Financial Services, participation in the Deloitte Leadership, Allyship, and Mentorship Program, and internships in Human Resources at Heitman and Marketing and Communications at IBM. Additionally, Ishita engaged in several competitive programs, including the 2023 Diversity Accelerator Program at Discover Financial Services and Accenture's Elevate to Innovate externship. Ishita is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, expected to graduate in December 2024.
