Angela Keelan

Angela Keelan is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in human resources and business management. Currently serving as the Employment Relations Program Manager at the Wisconsin Department of Administration since June 2021, Angela previously held the role of Employment Relations Specialist at the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs. Angela is also the Principal at Angela Keelan Coaching & Consulting LLC and a co-founder of 100+ Women Who Care - Madison, an initiative focused on collective giving to support local charities. Educationally, Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
