Kathy Blumenfeld

Kathy Blumenfeld has an extensive background in leadership and financial services, currently serving as the Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Administration since January 2022. Prior to this role, Blumenfeld was the Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions from January 2019 to January 2022. With significant experience at CUNA Mutual Group from 1989 to 2015, Blumenfeld held various executive positions, including Vice President of Lending and Payment Security, overseeing a multi-line insurance portfolio with P&L accountability for $830 million. Additional leadership roles include Executive Vice President of Special Operations at TASC and President of the Jewish Federation of Madison, where Blumenfeld led a major fundraising initiative. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
