Chanel Clark

Chanel Clark currently serves as the Director at the Wisconsin Early Childhood Association (WECA) since December 2019, with additional responsibilities as Manager of Operations for the Wisconsin Early Education Shared Services Network (WEESSN) and as a Shared Services Business Coordinator. In this role, Chanel collaborates with group child care program administrators in Dane County on various operational issues, including enrollment, tuition billing, budgeting, marketing, and personnel policies. Previously, Chanel was the Executive Director of Little Chicks Learning Academy from January 2010 to December 2019, overseeing the needs of families, children, and staff at the UW-affiliated center. Chanel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Integrative Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
