Bill Tyler

Bill Tyler is an experienced professional in emergency and crisis management, currently serving as the Manager of Emergency & Crisis Management at Exact Sciences since May 2021. With expertise spanning several organizations, Bill functions as a WISCOM Subject Matter Expert for the South Central Health Care Coalition, and as Logistics Section Chief for the State of Wisconsin's All-Hazards Incident Management Team. Bill has been actively involved in the SW Wisconsin All-Hazards Incident Management Team as a co-coordinator and has served as an Adjunct Instructor for Wisconsin Emergency Management since 1999. Previously, Bill held roles such as Incident Management Specialist at American Family Insurance and Captain at Beloit Police, where responsibilities included overseeing training, tactical operations, and managing departmental budgets. Education includes attendance at the FBI National Academy and Northwestern University for police leadership studies.
