Jon Flanagan

Jon Flanagan is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within nonprofit and educational organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Executive Director of Human Resources at Wisconsin Lutheran College since March 2019, Jon focuses on building Christ-centered servant leaders. As Chief Principal at Resolve-HR since October 2018, Jon partners with executive teams to address inefficiencies in HR delivery systems. Previous positions include Vice President of Products & Services at Concordia Plan Services, President of YMCA Employee Benefits, and various HR leadership roles within the YMCA network. Jon's career began at Marathon Oil Company and includes significant contributions at WISCONSIN EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN SYNOD and Bayou Steel Corporation. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Labor Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
