Roman Fila

Roman Fila is an experienced professional currently serving as the Managing Director and Partner at Wisdom Factory since August 2015, where responsibilities include business development and overall management of a team of over 30 co-workers. Prior to this role, Roman was a Project Manager and Consultant at FBE Bratislava from March 2012 to July 2015, specializing in digital skills development, Lean Management, and Six Sigma, successfully leading various efficiency improvement projects. Roman has also contributed as a Lean Six Sigma Project Member at Tower International and has experience as a Tennis Coach at SK TC Dubravka. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Management from Technische Universität Wien and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave.
