Nikki Burns

Nikki Burns has extensive experience in the field of consulting and HRIS system administration. From 1999 to 2007, they worked as an HRIS System Administrator at Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. In this role, they were responsible for managing and maintaining the HRIS system.

In 2007, Nikki joined Wise Consulting Associates, Inc. as a Senior Consultant. Nikki primarily worked on Ultipro system activations, where they conducted analysis meetings, configured the system, and ensured testing and activation deliverables were met. During their tenure, they played a key role in the successful implementation of Ultipro for multiple clients.

In January 2018, Nikki was promoted to the role of Consulting Manager within the Ultipro Practice at Wise Consulting Associates, Inc. In this position, they are involved in the day-to-day management of practice projects and activities, development of consultants, services offered, and overall financial growth planning for the company.

Nikki Burns obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems from Howard University, completing their education between 1998 and 2002.
