Grace Lozano

Grace Lozano is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in mental health and counseling. Currently working at The Wise Family since November 2021 and serving as a Discharge Planner for Loudoun County Government since November 2022, Grace has previously held the position of Clinical Therapist at Dominion Hospital, where coordination of care for adolescent patients was a primary responsibility. Grace's internship experiences include providing counseling services at Genesis Women's Shelter & Support and Promise House, and assisting in research on pediatric cancer at Children's Health. With a Master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from UT Southwestern Medical Center and a BA in Psychology from Middlebury College, Grace has a strong academic background complemented by practical experience in various counseling and research roles.
