Johanna Schmidt

Johanna Schmidt is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and business development. Currently serving as Team Manager for Talent Acquisition Consultants at Wise IT since December 2017, Johanna leads strategic and operational recruitment initiatives within the Wise IT Inhouse business area. Prior to this role, Johanna held positions at Randstad Australia as Candidate Manager, focusing on sourcing high-quality candidates for the NSW rail sector, and as Consultant Manager at ZeroChaos, working on consultant procurement for major clients in the IT and tech sectors. Johanna's career also includes a position as Business Coordinator at Nordic Aero AB and a leadership role as President of the Committee of Education for Föreningen Uppsalaekonomerna. Johanna obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Uppsala University in 2012.
