Mónica Sánchez Sáez de Buruaga

Mónica Sánchez Sáez de Buruaga has had a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mónica started their career as a junior consultant at Hudson in 2003. From there, they moved on to work as the Manager of Nâo Soluciones In&Out from 2014 to 2019. Before that, they worked as the Director of Talent Management at Grupo Incita from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Capital Supervisor at PwC from 2007 to 2012 and was responsible for Human Resources at Eroski from 2006 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Manager of the Career and Alumni Department at Centro de Estudios Garrigues from 2004 to 2006. Currently, they are working as a Talent Manager at Wise Security Global, a position they have held since January 2020.

Mónica Sánchez Sáez de Buruaga pursued their education in a chronological manner. Mónica started their academic journey in 1997 and completed it in 2002 at the Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Administration. Afterward, from 2002 to 2003, they attended the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, where they attained a Master's degree in Human Resources with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits, focusing on the development of human resources.
