Holly Glass Burgess

Holly Glass Burgess serves as the Director of Strategic DEIB Partnerships at NESN since June 2006, where responsibilities include defining and overseeing DEIB initiatives, re-launching the NESN Rotational Program, and collaborating with HR and Management. Prior roles at NESN include Director of Traffic and Senior Manager of Traffic, where Holly managed the Traffic Department for the leading sports network, focusing on live programming and inter-departmental collaboration. Holly also holds the position of President at WISE since January 2017 and previously served as President of Women in Cable Telecommunications from 2009 to December 2015. Early career positions include Traffic Manager at WTIC/WTXX and WLVI/WEWB-TV, along with a role as Traffic/Credit Manager at WLVI-TV. Education includes a degree from Northeastern University, attended from 1994 to 1998, and graduation from Weymouth High School in 1993.
