Nick Dante

Nick Dante is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in design operations and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Design Operation Manager at Wise, Nick has previously held positions including Human Resources Project Manager and Senior Recruiter focusing on Brand, Product UX/UI, and Design. At GoCardless, Nick contributed as a Talent Partner and Co-Chair for the Pride Employee Resource Group. Additional experience includes roles as a Recruiter at Pixel Pond, Talent Manager at Nespresso UK, and HR & Talent Assistant Manager at LEGO Group. Nick holds a BA (Honours) in Business Management with a focus on Leadership Practice from The Open University, completed in 2023, and attended Barbarigo Sarpi from 1997 to 2001.
