Dean Greaves

Dean Greaves has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dean joined WISE in 2019 and served as the Head of Relationship Management, where they successfully achieved high member renewal and retention rates, developed a commercial strategy to expand WISE's reach, and advised influential members on improving their bottom-line performance through diversity. Prior to this role, they worked as a Relationship Manager at WISE, where they sourced new members, provided exceptional customer service, and promoted revenue streams for the organization.

Before joining WISE, Dean worked at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers as a Business Development Manager, where they sourced leads, built relationships with key decision makers, and increased membership figures. Dean also worked at OCR as a Regional Business Developer, where they grew business by partnering with local authorities and educational institutions, and raised OCR's profile in the North West. Dean also has experience as a Business Development Manager at Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, where they sourced and developed new work-based learning accounts, and as a Partnerships Manager at Flintshire Programme Centre, where they surpassed engagement and employment targets through partnerships and secured additional funding.
