Michael Tapp

Michael Tapp, PE is currently working as a Senior Engineer/Project Manager at Wiser Consultants, LLC since September 2020. Previously, Michael held the title of Senior Transportation Engineer at Barge Design Solutions, Inc. from July 1998 to August 2020. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Memphis and University of Tennessee at Martin, Michael has experience leading roadway engineering projects of various scopes, from sidewalk improvements to interstate interchange modifications.
