Aliaksei S.

Aliaksei S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Starting from 2021, they worked at Wisercat as a Lead Project Manager, responsible for establishing a Project Management Office (PMO) from scratch, deploying PM policies and procedures, mentoring and developing the PMO team, and sharing best practices.

Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, Aliaksei worked at Syberry as a Senior Project Manager, managing various projects using different PM approaches and frameworks. Aliaksei was also involved in the development, creation, and implementation of various project reports.

From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Head of PMO at GreyLoud, where they oversaw the PMO activities and operations.

At UniTech, from 2017 to 2019, Aliaksei held the position of Program Manager, managing a group of non-standard, critical, and complex projects for VIP customers. Aliaksei'sresponsibilities included project coordination, cost estimation, risk and change management, resource planning, and optimization.

At Unify, from 2011 to 2016, they held two roles. Firstly, as the Head of Professional Services & Solutions Department, they led and managed the department's team and was involved in bid and project management for non-standard, critical, and complex integration deals and projects. Secondly, as a Project Manager, they handled project and bid management for Unify solutions, fulfilling customer requirements and managing project resources and teams.

At SIS LLC, from 2001 to 2011, Aliaksei held various roles, including Deputy Head of Department Telecommunication Networks, Head of Division "Technical support and service" of Department "Telecommunication networks," Head of Service and Engineering Department, Leading Engineer of service department, and Engineer of service department. In these roles, they were responsible for business strategy development, business processes transformation and optimization, leading service and engineering teams, technical support, and implementation of telecommunication projects.

Overall, Aliaksei has extensive experience in project and program management, leading teams, establishing PMOs, and managing various projects using different methodologies and frameworks.

Aliaksei S. attended the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 1996 to 2001, earning a Diplomaed Specialist degree in Telecommunication Networks and Devices. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications in project management and related skills. These include a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from VMEdu Inc. in October 2014, a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in September 2014, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2013. Aliaksei also received several certifications in Microsoft Project usage and project management techniques from PM Expert between 2012 and 2012. Furthermore, they completed a course on Managing People in Project from PSM Consulting in September 2012.
