Olga Kriyokov

Olga Kriyokov has a varied work experience across different roles and industries. Olga started their career in the Israel Defense Forces - Home Front Command as a SAP MM Trainer, where they trained and mentored new users in SAP Material Management module. Olga then worked as a SAP End-User Trainer at Bank Hapoalim, providing training to employees. After that, they joined YES DBS Satellite Services Ltd as a QA Engineer, where they prepared test plans and scripts for various processes.

From 2011 to 2014, Olga worked at Dicomano Labs as a Senior SAP Solution Manager Consultant. Olga implemented and designed Solution Manager functionalities in different projects, including administration, configuration, change request management, and test management.

Next, they joined the Government of Israel - Ministry of Defense - Procurement Mission to the U.S. as a Senior SAP Operation Manager. In this role, they provided solutions to complex issues by understanding business requirements and overseeing user acceptance and usability testing.

In 2020, Olga became the Director of Customer Success at LabOS, where they managed customer success initiatives.

Most recently, they joined Wiserspread as the SVP of Business Delivery in June 2023.

Olga Kriyokov completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (Information Systems) from The Open University of Israel. Olga attended this institution from 2013 to 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Analytics and Visualization from the Katz School of Science and Health. Olga enrolled in this program in 2018 and completed it in 2019.
