Lauren Rials

Lauren Rials is currently the Director of Design at Wish Atlanta, LLC, where Lauren specializes in concept ideation, trend forecasting, technical spec packages, and prototyping. Prior to this, Lauren held the role of Head of Production at Lybbie, and was the Head of Product at The Inactive Company. Lauren has a background in designing and developing various apparel categories including intimates, shapewear, activewear, swimwear, and more. Lauren has also worked as a designer and technical designer for brands like Nfinity Athletic and Spanx, where Lauren focused on cut & sew and seamless designs. With a strong foundation in design and technical skills, Lauren has been consulting for companies on product development from concept to production through their own company, Lauren Rials Creative, LLC.
