Frank Konieczny

Frank Konieczny is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in both commercial and government sectors. Currently serving as Principal at Deep Water Point & Associates and Chief Innovation Officer at Patriot Cyber Defense since May 2021, along with being an Independent Consultant at FK Innovation Consulting LLC since February 2021, Frank specializes in the analysis and effective application of new technologies. Prior to these roles, Frank held notable positions as Chief Technology Officer for the US Air Force from August 2010 to February 2021, and as CIO/CTO and Executive Director at AT&T Government Solutions from April 1998 to July 2010. Early career experience includes serving as RCAS Manager at GRCI from 1990 to 1994.
