Jessica Calderon

Jessica Calderon, SPHR, PHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Wish Farms, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing HR compliance and payroll functions for a workforce of over 2,000 employees. Calderon has extensive experience managing H2A and H2B visa programs and ensuring adherence to various employment laws. Previously, Jessica held the role of Human Resources Manager and Director of Youth Programs at Sports and Field at Seven Oaks, Inc., where management of payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance was executed. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, Jessica also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and attended the University of Florida.
