Greg Bibbes

As general counsel, Greg oversees all legal affairs of Wisk, including those related to corporate matters, intellectual property, commercial and technology transactions, litigation, and real estate. Greg also serves as Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of the company. Before joining Wisk, he was vice president, deputy general counsel for Extreme Networks. Prior to Extreme Networks, Greg was a general counsel consultant for Flex by Fenwick and for an autonomous systems company in Silicon Valley. Greg also served as vice president, general counsel and secretary for Infineon Technologies North America, where he oversaw the legal affairs of a global semiconductor company in North and South America. He earned his JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in history from Princeton University.
