Ramona Petersen

Ramona Petersen has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Ramona currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc., where they oversee HR and payroll functions for over 1000 employees across multiple locations. Prior to this, Ramona was the Executive Head of Human Resources at DENSO Products and Services Americas, Inc., where they transformed the HR department and facilitated company reorganization. Ramona also worked as a Partner at InnovaCounsel, providing legal and business consulting to construction, manufacturing, sales, and distribution companies. Ramona has a background in academia as well, having served as an Adjunct Professor at Fullerton College, teaching Contractors' License Law and Business Administration. Ramona began their career as Corporate Counsel at K&N Engineering, handling legal matters and reducing liabilities. Ramona also has experience in employee benefits, having worked as the Chief of Employee Benefits at the County of San Bernardino.

Ramona Petersen has a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Western State University, College of Law. Ramona also has a Juris Doctorate in Law from Western State College of Law, obtained between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, they have a B.A. degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Chapman University. Ramona Petersen has also obtained a certification in J.D. from the State of California in December 1997.
