Ryan then became the Regional GM for Utah, Idaho, and Nevada, overseeing multi-state operations and managing a $60M regional P&L. Ryan exceeded revenue and EBITDA/cash flow objectives and implemented successful B2C and B2B marketing campaigns.
In 2016, Ryan transitioned to the role of Director of Operations at Rise Broadband, focusing on field, call center, and revenue improvements. Ryan executed strategic initiatives and directed cross-functional field installation improvement projects. Ryan later became the Senior Director of Centralized Operations and Support from 2020 to 2022, leading growth programs and centralizing operations. Ryan then assumed the role of Senior Director of Growth Programs, focusing on strategic initiatives for company growth.
