Shilpa Reddy has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Shilpa began their career at Sanctum Consulting as an HR Manager, where they handled the entire recruitment process and provided guidance on modern recruitment strategies. Shilpa then moved on to Vsys Inc, where they worked as a Senior Recruiter specializing in US recruiting. During their time there, they demonstrated the ability to work across multiple business units and effectively recruited candidates through various strategies. Currently, they are working at Wissen Infotech as a Strategic Lead, responsible for talent acquisition and leading the recruitment process. Overall, Shilpa has a strong background in recruitment and has developed expertise in different aspects of the field.

Shilpa Reddy received a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from K.S.R.M.College of Engineering in the years 1998-2002. Later, in 2010-2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Aberdeen.
