Swapnil Gadkari has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer at GE, where they developed various systems and improved content management practices. In 2006, they became a Business Development Officer at HSBC before joining Vanderbilt University for an MBA from 2007 to 2009. Upon completing their MBA, Swapnil worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at COHR Holdings from 2009 to 2010. Swapnil then interned as an MBA Intern at GE in 2008. In 2011, they joined Philips as a Senior Market Analyst. Swapnil's experience in strategic operations initiatives began in 2012 when they became a Manager of Operations Analytics at the Endurance International Group. While at Endurance, they also held roles as a Director of Strategic Operations Initiatives and a Senior Director of Strategic Operations Initiatives. At Endurance, Swapnil spearheaded several initiatives to reduce churn, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase revenue. In 2017, they joined Placester, Inc. as a Senior Director of GTM Strategy & Ops, where they led the GTM Ops team and successfully renegotiated contracts for cost savings. From 2019 to 2022, Swapnil worked at Rapid7, first as a Director of Business Planning (GTM Strategy) & Ops and later as a Director of Commercialization & Market Development. Currently, they are employed at Wistia as the VP of Business Operations & Planning.
Swapnil Gadkari completed their MBA with a specialization in Finance & Marketing from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, attending from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from the University of Mumbai, which they pursued from 2001 to 2005.
