Alan Wadsworth

Alan Wadsworth, MBA, has a diverse background in human resources, with their most recent position being the Senior Director of Human Resources at WITF, Inc. In this role, they managed various HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and professional development. Prior to their current role, Alan worked as a Groundskeeper for the Harrisburg Senators and as a Human Resources Specialist for Salisbury Management, Inc and G4S Security Services. Additionally, they gained experience as a Staffing Specialist at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course, where they played a key role in hiring and staffing a large number of positions for the grand opening.
