Rye Barcott is a co-founder and CEO of With Honor, and co-founder and managing partner of Double Time Capital. Rye is a board member and owner of Paytable, and was a motivational speaker at American Program Bureau from 2011 to 2014. Previously, they worked as a special adviser in the office of the chairman and CEO at Duke Energy Corporation. Rye authored the book "It Happened on the Way to War" while at Bloomsbury USA, and was a social entrepreneurship fellow at Harvard University from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they were a US Marine Corps captain from 2001 to 2006.
Rye Barcott graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Economics. In 2006, they attended Harvard Kennedy School and earned a master's degree in Public Administration. Rye went on to earn a master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 2009. In addition, they were awarded an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Dartmouth College, but the start and end years for this are unknown.
