Felipe de Souza Lahti

Felipe de Souza Lahti began their work experience in 2008 as a Scientific Initiation Scholarship holder at UFRGS. In 2009, they joined Aquiris Game Studio as a Software Developer, where they developed frontend and backend systems and contributed to the creation of a JavaScript library for Unity3D games. In 2012, Felipe joined ThoughtWorks as a Senior Consultant Developer, later transitioning to the role of Lead Technical Consultant in 2019. During this time, they led a team of six developers for a major retail company, working on projects involving microservices, performance optimization, mentoring, and managing changes across teams. In 2021, Felipe joined Clutch as a Software Engineer.

Felipe de Souza Lahti studied Computer Science at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul from 2008 onwards. Felipe de Souza has not yet completed their degree at this institution. In addition, Felipe has obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in July 2014.
