Rafael Magrin

Rafael Magrin has over 16 years of work experience in various engineering and software development roles. Rafael is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Clutch since November 2020. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2020, they worked at Nubank as a Lead Software Engineer. From 2017 to 2019, Rafael held the position of Engineering Manager at Zenvia Mobile, and before that, they were an IT Specialist at the same company from 2017 to 2018. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as a Lead Consultant at ThoughtWorks. Earlier in their career, Rafael worked as a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen from 2008 to 2009. Rafael started their career as a Volunteer at AIESEC from 2006 to 2009 and then served as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Hewlett-Packard from 2004 to 2005. Throughout their career, Rafael has gained expertise in various technologies, tools, processes, and frameworks such as C#, C/C++, XML, and Microsoft Visual Studio.

Rafael Magrin completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in 2010.
