George Hastings has a background in product design and interaction design. George is currently working as the Head of Product at Coherence, where they are responsible for reinventing the developer experience through an all-in-one DX platform. Prior to this, George worked as the Design Director and Advisor at Loftie, focusing on creating better tech-life balance for people. George also served as the Director of Product Design and Senior Product Designer at Attune, leading design efforts for their B2B software application and working on discovery and research for new products. Before that, they held roles as a Senior Interaction Designer and Interaction Designer at IDEO, and as a UX Designer at AREA 17, where they worked on notable website redesign projects for ESPN, Quartz, and Billboard.

George Hastings completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing and Studio Art from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business. George later pursued a degree in Interactive Art Direction from Hyper Island, where they studied from 2011 to 2012.
