Joni Koay has a diverse work experience in creative operations, campaign program management, creative services management, operations management, administrative assistance, retail management, and celebrity public relations. In 2021, they began working as Creative Operations Director at WITHIN. In 2020, they were Senior Campaign Program Manager at VMLY&R, where they were awarded an Effie Gold for 2020 Census work in the Government & Public Service category, as well as Grand Ogilvy and 3 Gold David Ogilvy Awards for 2020 Census work in the Government, Public Service & Non-profit category, Social Responsibility category, and Data Innovation category. In 2018, they began working as Creative Services Manager at Spark44, where they were awarded the 2019 Spark44 "BE BOLD" Performance Award. In 2016, they began working as Operations Manager at Redscout. In 2015, they began working as Administrative Assistant at The Rohatyn Group. In 2014, they were a Retail Management Intern at Nordstrom. In 2012, they were a Celebrity Public Relations Intern at Gucci.
