Ruxandra Radulescu

Ruxandra Radulescu is currently the CEO of Within International. Ruxandra has held this position since December of 2018. Prior to that, they were the Global Director of Business Development for Within International from February 2014 to December 2018. In this role, Ruxandra was responsible for global development, new business, cross-account development, and solutions management.

Before joining Within International, Ruxandra was a Program Manager and Communications Officer for the PARTNERS Program at ESADE Business & Law School from May 2010 to February 2014. In this role, they coordinated the Program in Strategic Leadership and Management of Public-Private Cooperation, executive coordination of academic publications, social debate initiatives and media relations, coordinated public outreach and corporate events with C-level executives and government officials, planned, developed and implemented the strategy of the PARTNERS Program with the Senior Management, and prospected activities with increased potential in business development and a value-based positioning statement. Ruxandra was also responsible for Leveraging processes and negotiating agreements with prospect partners into active membership.

Prior to their work at ESADE Business & Law School, Ruxandra worked as a Purchase Analyst at Steinel Electronics S.A. from March 2010 to May 2010.

Ruxandra Radulescu has a degree in business administration and management from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Ruxandra also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Barcelona/EAE Business School. Finally, they have a degree in international relations and European studies from the University of Craiova.
