Kelly Roth has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kelly is currently working as the Vice President of Compliance and Quality Assurance at Within Health since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Bon Secours Charity Health System, Inc. as the Vice President of Quality and Safety from October 2021 to September 2023.

From 2014 to 2021, Kelly held multiple roles at Garnet Health. Kelly was the Administrator of Quality, Accreditation, and Regulatory Compliance from May 2019 to October 2021. Kelly also served as the Director of Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance from May 2015 to October 2021, and as the Manager of Regulatory and Patient Safety from October 2014 to October 2021.

Before joining Garnet Health, Kelly worked at Orange Regional Medical Center from 2008 to 2013. Kelly held the position of Manager of Regulatory and Patient Safety from June 2013 to October 2021, and previously worked as a Registered Nurse in various areas, including outpatient and inpatient infusion services, radiation oncology, vascular access, outpatient fine needle aspiration assistance, and EPIC EMR super user.

Kelly began their nursing career at Crystal Run Healthcare in 2006, where they provided infusion services in an outpatient multi-physician based practice, specializing in the admixture of chemotherapeutic drugs for infusion.

In 2005, they worked as a Registered Nurse Oncology at Orange Regional Medical Center.

Kelly Roth RN CPHQ LSSGB completed their Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration at Drexel University. Kelly then pursued an Executive Masters in Healthcare Leadership at Brown University School of Professional Studies. In addition to their degrees, Kelly Roth has obtained several certifications including the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Radiation Oncology Nursing Certification, Vascular Access Certification, Oncology Certified Nurse, and TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer.
