Radhesh Pradhan

Radhesh Pradhan has worked in various accounting and finance roles since 2007. Radhesh started their career at DGN Technologies as a Controller, where they were responsible for AP, AR operations, AR collections & followup, and payroll and benefits administration. In 2011, they moved to Choxi.com Inc. as a Senior Accountant, where they were responsible for AP operations & management, payroll and benefits administration, and bank reconciliations. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at PayByPhone as a Senior Accountant & Finance Manager, where their responsibilities included monthly books closing & financials, assistance with budgeting, variance analysis, reconciliations, payroll administration, project accounting, financial analysis, SAGE 300 ERP, fixed asset accounting, working papers for auditors, and responding to government agency audits and notices. In 2022, they began working at Joy as a Corporate Controller.

Radhesh Pradhan obtained a CPA, CGA degree from Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia in Accounting and Finance between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a CPA (Colorado) degree from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy in Accounting and Finance between 2007 and 2008. In October 2020, they obtained a Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text certification from LinkedIn. In June 2008, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from NASBA.
