Willem de Munnik

Willem de Munnik has had a diverse range of work experiences. Willem started their career in 2008 with a student research internship at the Rudolf Magnus Institute. In 2009, they had another student research internship at Harvard Medical School. Willem then joined Valcon (previously First Consulting) in 2012 as a Business Consultant, where they focused on the infra sector and worked on various projects. Willem was responsible for developing content standards and a standardized product structure for Stedin in the Standaardisatie programma. In 2018, they joined withthegrid as the Head of Operations. Withthegrid is a company dedicated to simplifying asset management and developing IoT sensors for asset monitoring.

Willem de Munnik has a diverse education history. Willem completed their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences at Utrecht University from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Neuroscience & Cognition from Utrecht University, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. In 2010, they also pursued an internship in Neuroscience at Harvard Medical School.

In 2020, Willem de Munnik enrolled at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy in 2021.

Outside of their formal education, de Munnik also earned additional certifications. In 2014, they achieved a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company. Additionally, they obtained a D.E.L.E. (diploma of Spanish as a foreign language) level intermediate certification from Instituto Cervantes, although the specific month and year of attainment were not provided.
