Jo Balsamo BA (Hons) has a diverse educational background. In 1985, they completed their high school education at Madeley High School. From 1996 to 1998, Jo attended Staffordshire University, where they pursued two degrees concurrently. They obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they completed a degree in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management. Afterwards, in 1999, Jo enrolled at Staffordshire University once again, this time completing a CIM Marketing Diploma from 1999 to 2000.
