Josée Landriault

Josée Landriault has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Josée is currently employed at WithYouWithMe as an Account Manager, where they collaborate with Canadian organizations, including the federal public service, to identify tech talent gaps and meet their needs. Josée focuses on upskilling or reskilling existing employees and bringing in new trained talent, including veterans, military spouses, neurodiverse individuals, and Indigenous Peoples.

Prior to their current role, Josée worked at the Public Service Commission of Canada from 2016 to 2021. During this period, they served as the Director of Client Services and Innovation in the HR Management Directorate. Josée also held roles as the Manager of the Office of Renewal and Acting Director General.

From 2013 to 2016, Josée worked at the Canada Border Services Agency as an HR Director. Here, they provided excellent HR staffing services, offered advice and guidance to managers, and ensured consistency in the application of HR programs and policies.

Josée Landriault's work experience also includes positions at the Bureau du Conseil privé, where they managed a multidisciplinary team and oversaw HR processes, and the Canadian International Development Agency, where they managed development programs and led a team that delivered services to program participants and management.

Josée began their career at the Immigration and Refugee Board in 2004 as a Senior HR Advisor, where they played a crucial role in implementing the Public Service Employment Act. Their responsibilities included developing HR policies, delivering training sessions, and providing advice and guidance to HR Advisors and managers.

Throughout their career, Josée has demonstrated proficiency in various HR functions, including staffing, employee development, relations, and policy implementation. Josée has a track record of delivering results and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Josée Landriault earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, specializing in Gestion des ressources humaines, from École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montréal, Qc. Josée completed this program between 1993 and 1995.

In 2008 and 2009, Josée Landriault attended the Canada School of Public Service, where they completed a Leadership training program called DireXion.

Before their Master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from Université de Montréal. This degree was obtained between 1990 and 1992.

Furthermore, Josée Landriault obtained a certification in "Using AI 4 HR" from FutureWorkplace in April 2019.
