Josée Landriault has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Josée is currently employed at WithYouWithMe as an Account Manager, where they collaborate with Canadian organizations, including the federal public service, to identify tech talent gaps and meet their needs. Josée focuses on upskilling or reskilling existing employees and bringing in new trained talent, including veterans, military spouses, neurodiverse individuals, and Indigenous Peoples.
Prior to their current role, Josée worked at the Public Service Commission of Canada from 2016 to 2021. Josée Landriault earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, specializing in Gestion des ressources humaines, from École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montréal, Qc. Josée completed this program between 1993 and 1995.
In 2008 and 2009, Josée Landriault attended the Canada School of Public Service, where they completed a Leadership training program called DireXion.
Before their Master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from Université de Montréal. This degree was obtained between 1990 and 1992.
