Parveen Badal

Parveen Badal is an experienced HR manager at Zoey since 2021, with a strong background in youth and elder care. From December 2015 to October 2021, Parveen served as the founder and chairperson of the residents’ committee De Poort, advocating for the rights and needs of local residents. Prior roles include youth counselor at Altra onderwijs en jeugdhulp, where support was provided to children and parents, and various positions at Cordaan, focusing on care for children in crisis and elderly individuals in advanced stages of dementia. Parveen holds a degree from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, along with additional certifications from the Ortho Health Foundation and ROC van Amsterdam.
