Sandra Kaelber

Sandra Kaelber has extensive work experience in the fields of HR management, quality control, and innovation. Sandra started their career in 2008 as a Trainee in Mechanical Engineering at Witzenmann. In 2011, they joined Daimler AG as an Innovation Manager Powertrain and later took on roles as International Start-Up Support Quality and SQE Chrome Trim Parts Exterior. In 2018, Sandra returned to Witzenmann Group as a Team Leader in international HR Management, and in July 2019, they were promoted to Head of international HR Management.

Sandra Kaelber pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning in 2007. Sandra obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pforzheim University, which took a duration of four years to complete, ending in 2011. Afterward, Sandra enrolled at Steinbeis Hochschule, where they pursued a Master's degree in Business & Engineering. This program spanned from 2011 until 2013, providing their with a broader knowledge base and expertise in both business and engineering.
