Aviva Lazar

Aviva Lazar is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a People Partner Lead at Wix.com since November 2021, Aviva previously held the position of Associate Director, HRBP for Technology at Chewy. Aviva's prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director for North & South America at JDC, where Aviva oversaw HR strategy and operations for the global non-profit organization. Additionally, Aviva worked at Bloomberg in various roles focused on leadership development and HR business partnership, and contributed to improving recruitment and talent management at The Economist Group. Aviva's tenure also includes senior HR management roles at AOL and early career experience as an Operations Coordinator at Booz Allen Hamilton.
