Ela Hatzav

Ela Hatzav serves as the COO of the Wix Product Guild since August 2021, where responsibility includes overseeing the professional development and lifecycle of approximately 220 product managers. Prior to this role, Ela held various positions at Wix, including Business Operations Manager for the Product Management Guild and Growth and Strategy Expert for Global Markets, focusing on market penetration strategies and cross-functional research initiatives. From September 2016 to January 2021, Ela was the Executive Director of Extension Programs at Taglit-Birthright Israel, where roadmaps and KPIs were crafted for expanding program offerings. Before joining Taglit, Ela was the Director of Student and University Programs at IsraelExperts, significantly increasing revenue from university programs. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in Jewish Professional Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, along with specialized training from Rijksman University and the Museum of the Jewish People.
