Moran Tsur

Moran Tsur has significant experience in education and technology, currently serving as the Education Lead at Wix.com since July 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Learning Developer at BrainPOP and Research Assistant at the Lifelong Kindergarten Group, MIT Media Lab, where contributions involved designing and testing new features for Scratch. As a Teaching Assistant in relevant MIT classes, Moran supported student learning through lesson planning and in-class activities. Prior to these educational roles, Moran worked as a Software Engineer at Google, focusing on the development of products that deliver direct answers to user queries, and held a Software Engineering internship. The early career included teaching Math and English to adults with learning disabilities. Moran holds a Master’s Degree in Media Arts and Sciences from MIT, a Teaching Certificate in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Cognitive Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
