Alan Nix

Alan Nix is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in security solutions and engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Solutions Engineer at Wiz since March 2023, Alan previously held the position of Field CTO at Lacework from May 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included supporting strategic sales and evangelizing solutions at industry events. Prior roles include Technical Solutions Architect at Cisco, focusing on security architecture for customers in Georgia and Tennessee, and Systems Engineer at Lancope, McAfee, NetMotion, and IBM, where expertise ranged from network security to customer relationship management. Alan Nix earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2007.
