Magda Kozak (she/her)

Magda Kozak has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2005 as a Finance Intern at SES Americom. In 2006, they held a Finance Intern role at GlaxoSmithKline and an Event Manager role at Pleasant Valley Promotions. In 2007, they were a Forensic Accounting Intern at Parente Randolph LLC. From 2010 to 2013, Magda held various roles at Pivotal Labs, including HR Generalist/HR Business Partner and Senior HR Coordinator/Office Manager. From 2013 to 2019, they were at Pivotal Software, Inc. in roles such as Head of HR & Talent Operations, Senior HRBP/Manager, People Operations, and Senior HR Business Partner. Finally, in 2021, Magda took on the role of Head of HR at Wizard.

Magda Kozak attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 2004 to 2009 and obtained a BSBA with concentrations in Accounting, Finance and Legal Studies. Magda then attended New York University from 2011 to 2012 and obtained a Certificate in Human Capital Management. Magda also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
