Marcus Pagulayan

Marcus Pagulayan began their work experience in 2004 with the United States Air Force, where they served as an aerospace control and early warning systems specialist until 2008. Marcus then joined Puget Sound Energy as a field service technician from October 2008 to February 2010. Following that, Marcus worked as a customer service representative at Stop Bugging Me Pest Control from 2010 to 2012. In 2016, they joined Symetra as a desktop support technician until September 2017. Marcus then worked at Wizards of the Coast, first as a desktop support specialist from October 2017 to April 2020, and currently holds the role of Associate Business System Administrator since April 2020.

From 2010 to 2013, Marcus Pagulayan attended South Seattle College, where they pursued an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Network and System Administration/Administration.
