Shah Alum is a seasoned professional in digital marketing with extensive experience in email marketing and eCRM. Currently serving as Vice President, Digital at J.P. Morgan since July 2016, Shah previously held the role of eCRM Manager for EMEA. Shah's earlier career includes valuable positions as a Consultant with emocial digital, e-Marketing Consultant at Wildfire HQ Marketing, and Manager of Marketing Solutions at Naked Communications Europe. Shah also worked as a Campaign Manager at Intela, a Digital Producer at eBay Enterprise, and a Client Service Consultant at Emailvision, managing key accounts and driving revenue through effective email strategies. Shah completed a BSc in Information Systems with Business Management at the University of Westminster.
