Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson has extensive work experience in the legal and business consulting fields. Eric began their career in 1996 as an Attorney at Baker & McKenzie, specializing in mergers & acquisitions and cross-border restructurings, as well as corporate formation and operation, venture capital, and private placements of securities. In 2004, they moved to Cooley LLP as an Attorney. In 2010, they became a Legal and Business Consultant, providing legal and business consulting for technology companies, with a focus on commercial contracts, IP licensing, financial transactions, and business strategy. Eric also had significant experience advising non-profit organizations, both traditional and technology-focused. In 2016, they joined Wizni, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer, and in 2021 they moved to ARIVE as Chief Operating Officer.

Eric Anderson received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Brigham Young University in 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Russian from Brigham Young University in 1993.
