Mark Zelina

Mark Zelina is currently serving as the Vice President at WJH Engineering since November 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Project Director at Community Investment Strategies, Inc from November 2021 to November 2023. Mark also worked as a Senior Licensed Engineer at Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC from March 2021 to November 2021. With a strong background in civil engineering, Mark previously held the title of Director of Civil Engineering at Whitman from June 2020 to March 2021 and Senior Associate at Maser Consulting P.A. for over two decades. Mark obtained a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College in 1981.
